In our opinion, the most versatile of any pasta shape. At its simplest, pair with garlic, olive oil, pepperoncini, and parsley. Spaghetti alla Chitarra
This is a very special, square spaghetti made 100% by hand. Typical to the region of Abruzzo, it is made by laying sheets of pasta over an instrument with strings resembling that of a guitar, which serve to cut the spaghetti. Missy's go-to sauce for the last several years—it's an ode to the garlic lover.
